Reasonable Condition Standard
What does it mean?
A rental apartment must be in "reasonable condition" — meaning it must meet a basic living standard. What's reasonable is assessed based on the apartment's age, rent level, and what's normal for comparable housing.
The landlord must ensure functioning electricity, water, drainage, heating, and ventilation. Surfaces like floors and walls must be in acceptable condition. An older apartment with low rent doesn't need the same standard as a newly built one.
